Wagu Rump steak was unbelievable last night. I Cooked it rare cut it into strips with a chilli and lime salad. I’m thankful I bought another kilo for tonight’s dinner. Steak with mushroom and pepper sauce and roast potatoes and veg. You know it was good when you wake up thinking about it.

A real shame.. normally love the butchers but young fellow behind the counter refuses to pull up his mask. He was happy for me to leave without purchase until he wore one.

Best butcher on the north side! Staff are always very friendly and super helpful as for their meats… absolutely delicious! Highly recommend for anyone looking for beautifully cut and great tasting meats!
