Aaron Motel

Absolutely filthy! on arrival i found a dirty plate in the microwave. I also saw a really big cockroache in bathroom, so gross!. The shower is extremely small and hot water turns off before I could rinse my hair. The kitchen utensils were dirty. I would never stay there again!

Overall I would have given this motel an extra star and a half, but........there was no ice tray,only one water bottle - for two people - and the shower recess drain was blocked causing the user to paddle around in a 20mm of water whilst showering. The latter is a health issue with ramifications as a tinea contraction risk. Otherwise we have and would stay there again as it is clean and tidy. In hindsight for us and foresight for future residents avoid unit 23 or otherwise take along some waterproof shower wear.The Motel's location is quite central to both east and west Gladstone CBD. It's east wing faces the Gladstone PCYC and an open basketball area which can be viewed from all the balconies in that wing. The west wing faces the street. Both wings' opposite sides face the motel courtyard drive. Upper and lower units share car park spaces on the ground floor. Conversely the Motel has a pleasant villa feel and a relaxed atmosphere about it albeit reflecting an the impending approach of a use-bydate. Mind you, hopefully, nothing that a make-over would not remedy. Its location, popularity and its well kept secret due to its inner suburban location is a real plus.

This was budget accommodation. However, it was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of parking on sites and easy to find. The reception was closed when we got their due to delays on our end however, we called ahead and the friendly reception lady gave us instructions on late check-in. Overall, I would stay here again.

Such a lovely little cozy place to stay. Very relaxing, the spa and pool just perfect. Rooms had Netflix and Wifi free of charge. All the ladies at reception were very welcoming. 10/10

We stayed at the Aaron hotel last month, and we were delighted with the cleanliness and facilities there. What impressed me most were the comfortable chairs in the room and the little extras included. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms look to be freshly painted. The beds were comfy. There is undercover parking as well as parking for large vehicles such as caravans and RV's. We had in our room a fridge, microwave, electric jug, toaster, plates and cutlery, as well as a quiet air conditioner with great instructions on how to get the best results. In addition there is a pool, spa and BBQ facilities and free unlimited WiFi. This place is value for money and nothing was too much trouble. The best budget hotel we've ever stayed in.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Clean rooms. Well appointed. And cheap.

Was pleasantly surprised. Young lady at check -in was helpful. The room was enormous and everything was so clean and good value for money. A little out of the way but with a car that is no problem.

Great spacious clean room. The staff were very friendly upon arrival and they took the time to explain their facilities to me which was great. Highly recommended for a room at that price point.

I’m sure the sheets were clean, but had some stains on them. Water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. I appreciated the vanilla coffee sachets and Netflix.
