I have injuries from the ADF, knee surgery last Thursday, put last minute stuff in the yellow bin, he was coming so waited, he so kindly asked if he could bring my bin in, I declined, but thanked him so much for the offer, so very kind

I lodged an online service request when the body of my bin split, got a follow-up telephone call within 3 hours and the bin was replaced the next morning. Easy process, very happy.

I was charged $77 for dumping a small amount of rubbish - just because it was in a trailer. If it was in my boot, it would have been substantially cheaper.You need to get a grip on prices NAWMA. You are actively creating a situation where people to fly-tip with these insane pricing practices.They don't have a choice. Disgusted with you.

Not happy with the pricing or service. Continually after me and it's a battle every time. they want to overcharge me to access the transfer station. Really anti- small business. Honestly we need to privatise this whole sector. It shouldn't cost more than 30 bucks to dump a load of essentially future mulch. What a joke.

They replaced the manky bin damaged by the previous owner within a few days. Booking Online for hard rubbish is really easy and I like that we get 2 of them per year.

Our green bin wasn't collected yesterday. I rang this morning and Jo, had all the information I required. A few streets had been missed, will be emptied asap, please leave bin out. To let them know if I doesn't happen within 48 hours.Jo was excellent, apologised for inconvenience.Bin has already been collected today

After the truck driver half emptied out bin, i spoke to someone who was actually quite helpful, this issues is that out bin still has not been emptied and is sitting out on the road full still as we have been told not to bring it in till its empty. The issue seems to stem down to the truck drivers lack of respect for there jobs and the lack of following directions from head office. There needs to be a review into the truck drives training and attitudes.

Had my yellow lid bin emptied 2day. The driver dropped my whole bin inside the truck. Never bothered 2 get out the truck and knock on the door 2 let me know my bin was gone inside his truck. Lucky 4 neighbor having a camera which captured images and solved my missing bin. Rang nawma 4 replacement and hope 2 get new bin friday. Drivers should take time 2 inform residents of mishaps...
