Excellent service. Never been there before but Alan stopped what he was doing , got under my car, fixed it, and charged me nothing. They are now my smash repairers. Friend had a similar good experience with panel repairs (but not for free !!)

Allan is such a genuine person. He fit me in at the last minute on a tight schedule and repaired everything perfectly. As a young woman I've been taken advantage of more times that I can count when it comes to car repairs but Allan was the complete opposite, I'm so grateful!

I was in the area and looking for a quick cheap fix for the bumper of my Holden Barina that have come off partly due to me going onto a kerb a while ago. Alan walked out of the shop towards me as I drove in with a great smile and friendly greeting. I told him what I needed done, he fixed it for me on the spot and charged me reasonably cheap. The other panel beater that I checked with on Rooks Rd wanted to charge me 5x more, so luckily I shop around. Will definitely recommend TSR for a good job done at reasonable cost.

What a top bloke Allan is! I came in for a quote for a damaged front guard as he was recommended on Facebook. He did a minor repair on my car to stop the front door from creaking every time I opened it...and all before I even committed to the full repair which I had to wait 3 weeks because he was fully booked plus it was just before Easter.He was super friendly, honest and much cheaper than the other 2 quotes I received and he even completed the repair 1 day earlier than he had originally quoted.

Definitely recommend thornton smash repairs, they did a fantastic job at fixing my bumper after someone hit it, and drove away. Remove paint and respray. Perfect colour matching. They even washed my vehicle.. staff were friendly and easy to approach and talk to.
