UNPROFESSIONAL, INCONSIDERATE and IRRESPONSIBLE, STAY AWAY. He damaged my walls and manhole with his very dirty hands and clothes. Very very inconsiderate person, he was about step on my full-leather sofa with his wet and dirty boots to reach to selling (just Imagine). When I noticed a few days after I texted him and sent these photos of his masterpiece, he said it was like this before. This unprofessional person standing on his ladder leaning on the man hole and keep rubbing super dirty clothes to the manhole and that is the outcome. Now I am very worried about the other possible damages he made in my roof, GOD know what he did up there. I am lodging a fair trading complaint with all docs to hold him accountable for his mess. All in all, it was my mistake, he charged $100 less, but I need to spend 3 times of it to fix his mess (Of course he will have to reimburse all my cost)
