Mat did a much better job than I thought was possible with our patchy floors. His quote was impressive because there were no statements of lack of responsibility. He had no list of exclusions like 'I may not be able to match old and new boards, I can't guarantee that the job will leave your floors smooth'. He didn't need excuses because he knew how to do a great job.He also cleaned up very well, which was an added bonus. The job was exceptional. I truly think he is the best in Brisbane.So grateful,Kathy
