Seachange Boating

My delivery was missing part of the order. I emailed and received no response so I called. Was apologized to and told the missing part would be posted that day. I was then questioned via email and told that the part was in the box. Still have not received. Its a $10 part, really not wort my time. The worst part was that I have been made to feel like a liar by the So called Production Manager. livid.

I bought a new Combo Fishfinder. It was an amazing price. I ordered on Monday and it arrived on Thursday. Even more amazing. Quick, efficient. Fantastic service. The new fishfinder is awesome too... Thanks Team SCB.

Did not receive product ordered,now out of pocket and all they offered was a discount on a replacement as the delivery was signed by the driver and never delivered to me. I thought the whole signature on delivery was meant to stop this. Disappointed with the outcome will never use this company again

I originally ordered the Saracen Ultra Hitch Lock and the Blueline Torpedo locking hitch pin as two seperate items from Seachange, at prices below what I could find elsewhere. After I placed the order I realised that they sell them as a bundle for $18.74 cheaper so I emailed support and they offered to cancel and reorder at the lower price. I was very happy with that and asked them to apply the refund against a SCB Trim Support and asked if they could include it in the same order to save delivery and they did! It was just such a nice change to find someone so easy to deal with and so willing to help. It arrived before I could even start tracking it. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a Daytank water tank to go on my Triton. I was not disappointed. This is a great product, giving pressurised water wherever you need it. The system can be filled from a garden hose, which then pressurises the tank. You can also add pressure from my bike pump and service station pump. I can have a shower wherever I want one, which is handy because I am a runner. It stores 14lt of pure water, in a BPA tank, which means no plastic issues. The service from SCB was first class. I had some doubts and had a chat with Des, which saw me straight with the mounting. I would higher recommend SCB.

I have purchased twice from SCB. Not only have the quality and pricing of the products been good but the delivery experience has been outstanding.Both deliveries arrived within 24 hrs of ordering. The updates received during the delivery process were second to none. Very impressive. Thanks SCB

I purchased a Hitch Pin lock and Coupling lock from these guys yesterday and not only was it $76 cheaper (about 30%) than their competitors for exactly the same product, it was delivered FREE today! Brilliant service and price. Will certainly be shopping with them again. Thanks SCB.

I would rate SeaChange with no stars.Didn’t receive the items after almost 3 weeks.Items were not sent by Toll as they advertise.There was no assistance in tracking the goods.Still have had no refund. There policy is if the item is not returned to them you pay for everyone’s loss.They never once returned a call or email.One of the worst sellers I have experienced.Don’t take the chance with this one
