Phoned Doug regarding tyres for my Navara & X3 Bmw. Seemed knowledgable & invited me to the store 25/5/23. He was unavailable when i arrived unfortunately@ 1pm. The service i received was substandard & then i was literally left standing alone in the showroom for 5 mins as priority for at least 4 team members seemed on a new Prado parked outside that had just been ftd with new tyres & rims. So i left & purchased elsewhere !

I went to Tyrepower during the Christmas break. I had a subpar experience with one of the service reps and was not happy with the quote(S) he had given me and also the way he spoke to me. I sent an email advising this and Frank (owner) called immediately to apologise and offer a solution. Frank was very understanding and listened to what I had to say. Frank ensured that I was happy with the end result and said I could return if I had any issues at all with what I had been provided with - all the while he was on a family holiday! Frank went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the outcomes and clearly takes great pride in the business he has built. I would highly recommend them and would happily make them my local tyre shop.
