I’ve had my nails done here a few times now and everytime they end up chipping in the first few days. They charge so much everytime and they lift and chip so quickly. It’s not worth the expensive prices. They also seem to rush doing each manicure and have on times made me bleed with the tools they use and they don’t apologise or acknowledge it. I also wonder about the cleanliness as they never seem to use clean tools or swap out tools between the last person and me. Not worth gettinf your nails donw here.

I went to the salon to fix my nail, the women hurt me while shaping my SNS. She didn’t even apologize, and even told me in a rude manner to relax my hand. How could I relax my hand after being hurt? I really wanted to be a client there because it’s close to my house. But, I don’t think I will ever come back. I went to the salon to relax and for self-care because as it’s my birthday, unfortunately this was not the right place for that.

Such a great experience. All the staff were friendly and made great conversation. The nail technicians took time and care when working. Would definitely recommend!

I got acrylic nails done less than a week ago and nearly all nails are lifting. They charged $80 for a full set of French Tip acrylic nails which i was happy to pay at the time but now not even a week in and they are already lifting is disappointing. The staff are lovely but unfortunately i will not be coming back.

Exceptional service with incredibly talented nail techs! Each and every set I’ve received has been insanely detailed and meticulously finished. So, so cheap for the quality - highly recommend!

Asked for a simple clear pink acrylic set. The nail artist was very rough when using the nail filer and nail drill bit and cut my cuticles, making my skin bleed. She only apologised for cutting my skin when she completed my nails and stated that it was because my skin is “fair”. All nails were very uneven and sharper than what I asked for. There’s also acrylic dip stuck under one of my fingernails which is very irritating. Definitely would not come back.

Pedicures are always great here and my shellac lasts me just a bit over a month. Lovely staff and clean salon. Prices have gone up a bit which makes them quite pricey, $60 for a pedi, but it’s still very good.

Did an absolutely botched nail job. I still show people the photos and they laugh. Overcharged me as a cherry on top. They filed my nail down so I couldn't get acrylic again for another 4 months. My natural nails were paper like. I sat and waited for a long time even tho I made an appointment. In the photo you can see just how uneven and different each nail is to each other. They glued the skin to my nail underneath, yes it was painful pulling my skin and nail apart later. They move from client to client so I had 3-4 people do my nails which took about two hours because they just kept on bouncing between them I had to wait for someone who could do the next part of my nails.

This is the worst treatment I have ever had in brisbane, we own 14 shops In brisbane with 63 staff and I have never been treated more rudely.I walked in like any other nail salon for an appointment to get a refill on their work, was told there was nothing until 12 that day so I left it as I am busy, the next day I return to walk in and ask again for an appointment and told 11 - I book that time and walk around and waited - come back at 11 to fine the staff looking me up and down stupid - then explaining I never booked that time as wasn’t available and told me about the day before?Please run your business professionally. You never know who you are dealing with.How embarrassing infront of everyone for me.
