I enquired with a few florists in the Newcastle region about supplying for our wedding and Hunter Valley Bouquets was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. Kim completely understood the look we were wanting to achieve from the get-go. She was so helpful and encouraging despite my complete lack of knowledge regarding flower arrangements. All our dealings were all done via phone and email and I never actually met her until the day of my wedding when she delivered the flowers. The bouquets were perfect, the buttonholes were a replica of the picture I sent and the posy jars at the reception were all amazing. Despite all our last minute requests and changes Kim was able to assist. I can honestly not sing her praises enough. We were so happy =] Thanks again Kim!

Loved all the flowers for our wedding day! I was a little apprehensive about how they would turn out since I only gave Kim a general idea of what I would like, however she smashed it out of the ball park and I loved all the arrangements. Kim was very patient during the design processes, had good communication and the everything ran smoothly on the day - can't ask for more!
