I recently had Balgowlah Pool and Spa repair my filter pump. They did a great job explaining my options, recommended the most cost effective solution, and then getting everything working again within a very short timeframe. I would definitely recommend!

Great service and they always have a solution to any problems. If they don't know/do that type of specific work they give you numbers to the experts. Saved me over $650 by recommending me to check warranty before buying a new pump. Others would just try to sell me a new pump!

I purchased a Dolphin Robotic Cleaner from them and their knowledge of the product and willingness to go out of there way to provide a great customer experience is something that is difficult to find nowadays. In fact after a very ordinary experience with a dealer in Newcastle I actually drove 2 & 1/2 hrs down the M1 after talking to these guys on the phone. James was happy to demo the cleaner and even lent it to me to trial in my own pool.
