I have been with NC Coombes for many decades now and have always trusted Nick 100% with any legal issues he has helped me with. He is extremely thorough, efficient, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Recently I have dealt with Stephanie to do the conveyancing on a property I sold and then with another property I purchased. It was great to realise she is as thorough, helpful and efficient as Nick. I would only ever use NC Coombes and Co, and I have recommended them on a number of occasions.

I can not recommend Nick and Stephanie at N.C Combes enough for first time buyers in real estate.Nick was game changer when it came to navigating the bidding process, and negotiating with real estate agents. I couldn't have asked for a more seasoned and supportive coach in this capacity. I appreciated his sense of humour and encouragement when I missed out... a number of times. However, true to his reassurance, the home I ended up in was worth all the waiting and missing out.Stephanie was exceptional when it came to understanding the fine details and negotiating settlement.
