We have always been provided with wonderful customer service. It's amazing how simple things like a friendly smile can make a big difference to your shopping experience. The staff go the extra mile and nothing seems to be a bother. I have shopped here for both home and business and will continue to do so! We even went one day and the owners had fresh flowers, hot drinks and cupcakes to offer their customers. Thank you Brenda, Adrian and Co :)

I am absolutely disgusted in their service and I highly recommend NOT buying from them! First of all I waited over 13 months for my nice new leather lounge I worked extremely hard to buy. Then just over 12 months later it starts peeling!!! Over 3k for a leather lounge that starts peeling after 12 months. They agreed that leather should not do that and it's not good enough but wipe their hands of fixing it!
