I was unable to reset an electric blind, called Jays and asked them also to quote on two more blinds. Should have been a five minute fix and five minute measure. Was asked to pay $150 on the day for the reset, which was eventually lowered to $125, their response was a call out fee of $80 and fix fee was $45 dollars and I guess the ‘measure and quote’ was free. So obviously they are not getting the new blinds order!

Friendly efficient service. Jay's rang, came the next morning and removed some broken blinds, repaired them and brought them back and reinstalled them the same afternoon.
