Stratco Epping

Absolute nightmare of an experience. My parents purchased a pergola in December. Whilst it was ready before Christmas, it could not be delivered then and had to wait until early Jan; so far so good. The agreed date comes and pergola is still not delivered, we then had to postpone the delivery as nobody would be home for a week or so. Pergola got delivered on the nature strip, everything seemed okay until we found out there were parts missing and some wrong items were delivered. They were marked in the delivery note as “transfer” but nobody was told (not us as the customers nor the office) that something was missing. Congrats to the drivers / delivery people! Have since called Stratco and gone back to the office several times, wasting so much time. Spoken to sales people, managers, receptionist etc. So many promises not fulfilled (we will deliver the missing pieces on Friday - nothing happened. We will call you before delivering them - no call, just found some pieces dumped on the nature strip/driveway). As of this morning some pieces were delivered however we still have incorrect pieces that need to be replaced as well as something else missing.Terrible experience, would never ever purchase anything else ever again from here or any other Stratco. Wish I never even purchased this pergola in the first place.

We live on the Bellarine Peninsula, we had ordered a veranda through Stratco. The staff at Stratco were extremely helpful and they have a great authorised dealer /installer in the Geelong region called Geelong veranda. Sep was great with his communication and came to look at the site the next day and the job was completed in a day within two weeks of our initial contact. Sep not only did a great job but he was polite and very easy to deal with. We love our new veranda and highly recommend Sep at Geelong Veranda.

Toni King was my customer service team member who i dealt with when ordering some poly carb roof sheeting. Toni was very helpful and when the initial colour i ordered was not in stock Toni was straight on the phone to make other arrangements. Very happy with the service provided.

Really disappointed. We need a spa fence and struggled getting a quote from a smaller business so tried Stratco as we thought they had a good name. Contacted them 10th September, they asked for all the info which we provided. Guy came out and measures, I chased for a few weeks and then gave up. Still no contact so have gone elsewhere.

Sam is a highly professional driver. He managed to reverse his rig up a steep, narrow and slippery driveway to unload the material he delivered for us. We'll done Sam.

I have just had the best experience dealing with Toni King (Stratco - Epping). She had to refer my query to another colleague, but kept me updated on the progress and l received a great outcome through her follow up. Professional and efficient, I highly recommend dealing with Toni.

What an experience. The team made our new Patio Purchase so easy from the decision on what to purchase right through to the delivery. It has all been amazing. Thanks to the Stratco Team.

I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with Jonathan Cheng today discussing a pergola I would like to have built. Johnathan was one of the most enthusiastic people I have come across in recent times. He answered questions and explained options and absolutely understood what I was trying to do. While I have not committed to Stratco yet all things being equal" because of Jonathan's helpful and friendly attitude it's almost certain I would choose Stratco."

Update: Matt the regional manager reached out to us and offered us a partial refund! He was awesome! If not for Matt. Stratco would receive a 1 rating.Could not be more annoyed with Stratco throughout the whole process!ordering was great until the day before delivery when i was told part of my order is not available any more.Driving 4.5 hours to meet onsite so shed could be placed in a safe and reasonable area.Constantly being told it would be delivered for over a week and no one turning up. as well as paying someone to be on site two of these days $600"

I have just put a deposit down for a stubbie shed and Toni from Stratco Epping, came out and quoted for the shed and the additions I wanted to add to it and he was fantastic to deal with and very helpful and down to earth and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend Stratco Epping and Toni to any potential buyers out there.
