My usual stylist Julian in Preston was on leave so I headed to Brunswick & Lesley absolutely nailed my hair cut & colour today. A short pixie cut, textured & coloured & got rid of my greys ! So awesome ,I’ve it ! Great atmosphere & products at Flipped !

I have dark brown hair with red undertones but have been blonde for 20+ years so have been to numerous salons over the years. I have always had problems getting the right blonde finish that I want. This is roughly my 4th visit to Flipped Hair & I have never been disappointed. Maddy has nailed my colour & I won't have anyone else do my cut & colour in future. Great salon vibe, everyone is so friendly & the coffee is also pretty good. If you want a great blonde colour definitely get Maddy on to it!

Absolutely loved the service from Flipped Hair Brunswick. Roxanne was just amazing with what she did to my hair and I cannot thank her enough. She listened to all my requests and helped achieve the look I was going for. The way she styled it was great and I really appreciate the effort and time she put into my haircut. Cannot recommend them enough!

I’ve had my hair done twice by Katie now. Katie does amazing foils SO quickly, is amazing with colour and does a great cut and wave :) thanks so much. Can’t wait til my next appointment!Edit to add: since Katie left, I’ve been seeing Roxanne who has given me such sound advice on getting my hair back to a great condition. She recently helped me take a risk and go a bit shorter than I’ve had ever and I love it. I’ve been receiving so many compliments and was even told it’s the most complimentary hairstyle I’ve ever had. Thanks so much.

My hair looks amazing!! Roxanne cut my hair over the weekend and I cannot get over how good it looks. I've never left a haircut so happy with the results. She did a great job of balancing my requests with her professional advice. Plus she is so friendly and lovely as a nice bonus :) Thanks so much

Sadly I felt like I had been robbed after my experience here. Some staff were amazing and others really needed to learn to listen to instead of being on some sort of mission to extract money (more than I would ever expect to pay and was in total bill shock afterwards), while providing a service that was not asked for. I won’t ever be returning and thankfully I absolutely love my new local salon where I am listened to. And I can have a laugh with the gorgeous staff instead of it being such a serious experience.

Was taken care of by the wonderful Daniela - she was friendly and professional, and I am extremely pleased with the results of my hair cut! She styled it exactly the way as I normally would at home, so I got to learn some little tips and tricks to make my day-to-day hair care easier!
