Ready Set Play

One of our friend's children's birthday celebrations brought us to Ready Set Play earlier this year. In the days leading up to the party, I communicated with them. Throughout the process, they were very supportive and proactive. My questions were answered, everything was explained, and they were flexible as well. Based on what we discussed, we were eager to have the party for our daughter. Our party organizer was very enthusiastic and helpful.

This was amazing. I went with my 1-year-old daughter. There was a lot to get engaged with. Even we also enjoyed it for 2.5 hours. It was so adventurous for kids. We forgot to bring our wallet, so they also told us that we could pay just through apple pay. That definitely helped us. Also, we forgot our iPhone there. 1 hour back we went to that place again & one of the staff kept it safely. So we really appreciate their services.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! If I could give zero I would. This play centre used to be so good but now it’s the worse of the worst! Atleast, I have 4 kids birthday parties booked in the past until the new management. Last year’s incident was my daughter’s party which was from 2pm-4pm. Before 4pm they already started to clean and closed up. One kid was still playing and then this fair-skin large lady screamed on top of her lungs at this boy because he was still playing & told him to stop. I felt disgusted with her attitude and swore won’t book there again ever ,however, yesterday my school mum friend invited my kids for her daughter’s birthday as she also loved the place(learnt it from me when I invited them a few years ago) until yesterday I felt so sorry for her. It was her first time celebrating at a play centre and she was teary-eyed when she walked out of the place. There was not only one horrible staff there now but 2. Another lady who seems to have a fairly brown skin and got tattoos on her arms were screaming at the Egyptian kids just because they were throwing the balls within the pit. My 2 daughters witnessed it & myself. I mean it’s a play centre of course they are going to play. What did she expect? That they should be sleeping??? I felt gutted!!! Then later on, 10minutes before 4pm they already started cleaning again & telling us they are closing. This brown-skin lady violently slammed things in front of us in purpose to intimidate us. Shutters were closed even before 4pm & to make the matter worse they CHARGED MY FRIEND FOR AN ICECREAM THAT WAS NEVER SERVED. The rude large lady’s excuse??? “ I WAS WAITING FOR YOU THE WHOLE TIME TO ASK FOR IT TO BE SERVED”. Come on??? She did not wait for her to ask for the party food, didn’t she???? She knew it wasn’t served why charge for? My friend paid at the end of the party & she still charged when it was not consumed???And it’s not that they were busy to make an excuse that they forgot about it as it was the only party at that time. I hope there will be changes done to their customer handling! It’s just APPALLING!

A great indoor soft play area for kids, lot’s of yummy food and friendly staff who are always lovely to talk to. Different sections for younger ages. Even have a VIP card and every 6th visit is free. Highly recommend Ready Set Play to bring the kids for a play, while adults can enjoy a good coffee and feed the whole family while there. Parties are also great value, and you don’t have a to do a thing except and out invites and show up with a cake!!!!!

Danielle Evans was Good behaviour , hearty person.I definitely loved it here but the kids loved it more.If you're looking for a budget-friendly place to have fun with your kids, then i recommend ready set play.They have an excellent customer service and their food is terrific. Their environment is so serene and children friendly.

The overall experience was A+. The staff went above and beyond for my little girls birthday party.  . Throughout the occasion,  The team kept me up to date on food arrival and timing throughout the event.   The room was very clean and decorated with balloons and other decorations. Even the leftover food was packaged up by the workers. The workmanship and attention to detail are excellent. For any family wishing to have a stress-free and enjoyable birthday event, I heartily recommend Ready Set Play.

My son's birthday party was hosted here, and I can't say enough good things about it! I would like to thank the team. They were indeed the best. The service was excellent, the entertainment was great and the food was very, very good . I loved their attention to detail; honestly, all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our party a memorable one.

I can not thank the girls enough for their attention to detail in making my girl feel like a queen! The food was incredible and so generous, after all our kids stuffed their faces on probably the best chips and nuggets ever there were still so many left over that the parents couldn’t help themselves haha.On top of that they actually make an amazing coffee which is hard to findThank you again. You girls are amazing and the owner is so nice and accommodating. I will scream your praises until the end of time

In our house, Ready Set Play is a fan favorite! My kids urge me to go! Recently, we had the best time throwing a birthday celebration. The owner spent time understanding my concept for the party area and patiently answered all of my queries. She also streamlined all of the details. We had everything we needed for the party thanks to the wonderful staff. It's incredible that they handle all of the setup and cleanup. Honestly, this was the easiest party I've ever hosted, and I walked in feeling relaxed and ready to mingle with the other parents.  As usual, the kids had a blast and didn't want to go home! I can assure you will love it if you visit this location for a fun play trip or are thinking about organizing a birthday party.

This place needs a really good clean. The floor in the play area is sticky. Most equipment is very dated and covered in thick layers of dust. Would not come here again.
