I am absolutely Disgusted with where and how our houseful of furniture and belongings were stored!! The so called storage unit our furniture etc was stored in was dirty Damp Dusty and Mouldy. I would NOT recommend them. I only gave them one star because I had to other wise there would be NO STARS! We have had to throw a lot of stuff out due Mould.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever receieved from anybody!The older lady mid 50s early 60s is so very rude, giving attitude like she's right even though THE CUSTOMER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OF KENNARDS FRANCHISES IS ALWAYS RIGHTnever ever ever rent from this facility. find else were to go to otherwise you will be treated like absolute rubbish.

Facility ticks all the boxes. Always kept keen outside and toilets. If there’s an issue they respond immediately and fix it. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Sylvia and Anthony in the office are an absolute stand out. Thank you

We have stored here several times. Always friendly, informative and professional staff. The process is so easy and quick. Recently we booked and paid for a storage unit. However we had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. It only took a phone call, no questions asked and we were refunded the full amount very quickly. Just got off the phone to a ‘Sylvie’ who was unbelievably arrogant and unhelpful. After being placed on hold for a long time, I asked her to proceed with a booking for a storage unit, and had a question about their location, and basic questions you’d ask about their facility, and she just had zero customer service skills and clearly didn’t want to help customers.I’m taking my money elsewhere and paying more for the friendly service. Cheap prices equal cheap service!
