Agree with all the comments here. Zero stars. I found them to be insincere and disingenuous. Got ‘tricked’ into a partial refund even though it was clearly not what I wanted. When COVID prevents either party completing the transaction, how in good conscience can someone charge 20%, plus an admin fee? Had other snow bookings cancelled due to COVID and full refunds. Pay a premium if you have to to go elsewhere

Avoid booking accommodation with this lot if you can. They have been greedy in times of COVID. Read their cancellation policy before booking anything with them. They are true to there policy, they will take 20% of refund costs. We got cancelled due to covid, completely out of our control, yet this company kept 20% of a double booking. Avoid dealing with them. 00 star rating.Thredbo Resort refunded my other family the full amount amount of their covid cancelled accommodation almost straight away. I'll be booking with Thredbo resort next time. You've been warned.

Would give 0 stars if I could.Gave a partial refund for a trip that was cancelled due to COVID-19. I understand that you have policies but you should show some empathy to your customers - many are in situations where they are currently out of work and are literally just surviving day to day. I get that you guys are busy with calls and emails but there is no need to be so rude and condescending with your replies. Good customer service is what is going to give you customers and lack of it will be what hurts the company - I really hope that you guys are able to improve on this.I wish I could say something nice about the company but I honestly can’t and it’s disappointing.

My mum has been battling stage 4 thymoma (cancer) for a while and has gone through a really rough time with ups and downs.I’ve been paying all of her expenses and taking care of her. It hasn’t been easy on the whole family. The doctors said keep her stress free and happySo i withdrew whatever savings i had, i also borrowed some money from my business… which has been struggling, since COVID, just so we could all just finally forget the hard times and just be with mum together as a family.We booked this months ago and were so happy.Now we are all in lockdown… and we aren’t allowed to go. Not going to the snow was never our choice, the government wont let us go.We called them and they gave us two Options only. We have a credit with them for a limited time.Or they will keep approximately $2000 out of the refund.They won’t even listen about how this is all the savings i have, or that it was for my mums wellness and I need it to cover her expenses and so i am not struggling in this lockdown.They snapped rudely at my wife and said “it was all in the fine print, pick option 1 or 2 and we have no other option.It’s a pandemic. People are dying and losing their businesses and are struggling to pay bills and buy food for their families.I cant begin to explain how upset and disappointed i am with this company.PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!They are not even answering phone calls and will only reply rudely on email.Do not this support company who has no compassion during a time of need.Trying to steal innocent peoples money THROUGH TRAGEDY!!!!

What a nightmare to deal with, I understand they are busy with rebooking 2021 affected bookings but their inflexibility after moving the goal posts on the winter/spring season start/end dates is shocking. Rebooking a trip with same dates as previous year has seen a 100% increase in the cost. They have provided limited options of choice and have not opened the web access to view property availability. They are very keen to push you into a partial refund though.......................be VERY careful if deciding them.

Absolutely appalling ethics. They will only partially refund your money when Covid-19 lockdown hit and booking had to be cancelled. How they can keep your money three weeks before and not even interested in any discussion except quoting policies. Will never use this place ever. If I could give it less than one star I would.

We booked our recent ten day summer stay at Thredbo through TSA and were impressed with the high quality of properties, service and friendliness. We stayed in Inala 8 and loved it: stunning view, lots of space, big balcony, very well stocked kitchen and quality, stylish furniture and soft furnishings.We will return !

We stayed at Thredbo for over four months and booked all our accommodation through TSA Therdbo witch in total was around $130k... had an accident in one of our rooms where a glass window got smashed and they sent us a bill for $22.000 and where just pick pocketing a#@e holes about it all. After getting our own quote total came to $5k witch was a lot cheaper then TSA. Wouldn't use them ever again and would rather travel overseas for the snow season cheaper and better service.

Vacation rental portfolio has some of the best in the village (e.g. The Peak). Cancellation policy is rigid so read it before you accept it. Byron has interacted with us over the years, and has always been well mannered and very responsive, on one occasion he helped source new gas bottle for the bbq at really short notice, and saved the steaks.
