I was extremely happy with the service provided by Michael and have no hesitation in recommending him. He gave a very reasonable quote for the purchase and installation of my oven and rangehood. Communication was prompt and courteous throughout . Michael and Luke arrived on time and did a clean and professional job . I would definitely use them again.I have since found out that the range hood was not installed correctly as per Smeg specifications. The exhaust does not function. Apparently they used the previous duct from my old range hood rather than noting this was the incorrect size. I was advised by Luke that Oven Fixer don’t usually do range hoods and that they would not rectify the faulty exhaust. Very disappointing. I do not recommend Oven Fixed for range hoods.
