Product when it eventually arrived (one of two, past 28 days) looks nothing like pictured on site. First interaction with staff was nice, second was passive aggressive. Should have just paid more and stuck with my local stores.

We love the collars we bought for our tiny dogs, and the customer service is fantastic! One of the collars broke and it is being replaced immediately. Just a fantastic product and friendly and excellent service. Would highly recommend this business to everyone.

I ordered a personalised collar for my Labrador and the product was great and it looked great on her too. My order due to the unforeseen circumstanes we are currently in took llonger than usual but the customer service team were great keeping me up to date on where my parcel was and an estimate of its arrival. Highly recommend!
