Very accommodating to our needs. Friendly service. Clean and warm. We had Chinese dinner delivered to our room from restaurant in shopping centre. Not too far back into main shopping centre. We will be going back, very happy.

Comfortable rooms. Spent 2 nights here, went out for the day on our first full day, returned late afternoon to find room had not been serviced. No impressed.

The rooms need a really good clean. All the surfaces were greasy. There was mould in the shower. The manager was rude on the phone when I asked for an invoice so my company could pay for the room before I booked it and wouldn’t allow it to happen. The reception area when you check in smelt extremely bad. The gardens need maintaining. There needs to be more privacy - every room has a huge window with a pull down blind that doesn’t sit flush against the window so someone could see in from the outside if they looked through side on. It definitely looks nicer online than it is in real life

Amazing service and super friendly staff members. We made a mistake on our behalf regarding booking although it was sorted very quickly and with a great result. Comfy beds along with clean rooms. Would 100% recommend for any duration of stay.

Bairnsdale Main Motel
This is a nice place to stay in Bairnsdale. The room was clean tidy and comfortable with good a/c and hot water etc. There are spacious parking right in front of each room. Some service centres and fast food outlets are located close by. The city centre with shops, supermarkets and restaurants etc is about 3 km from the motel. Lakes Entrance is approximately 40 km, Paynesville 18 km and Raymond Island is 24 km from this facility.

We arrived late and the lovely owners greeted us and couldn’t be more helpful.The room was very clean and we had great nights sleep.

Comfortable room, good sized bed. Stayed overnight as I needed to pick up a new car from down the street. Plenty of taxi's around you can prebook through 13Cabs, as I wouldn't walk to this motel (about 30mins from the station). Ray is accomodating, easy check in and check out process.
