Having spent the best part of my life dieting and exercising I unfortunately have never been happy with my body. I made the bold decision to invest a decent amount of money in several body catalyst treatments 3 months ago. I am literally blown away by the results. In just 3 months I have done what I couldn’t do in years and years of training. My body is looking slimmer and more toned and I feel so confident and content. I’m so glad I came across Body Catalyst. I was struggling with my pelvic floor after my third child. After the Tesla chair treatments, I feel more confident joining my kids for a run or chasing them around the park. It has improved my quality of life significantly.The staff at Body Catalyst are very understanding of the medical problems women encounter especially after child birth. They are also very accomodating to having children around the spa. When I started treatments my baby was 6 months old. The staff has always made it easy for me to bring my pram and when the baby is awake, they’re very happy to help me with her. They give her cuddles and keep her busy so that I can focus on my treatment.Attending Body Catalyst has been an excellent experience overall. The treatments are tailored to your needs and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be more thankful for the incredible improvement to the quality of life I have now. Mia and Mags were absolutely fantastic, they are so funny, and so friendly and helpful.It made the whole experience so much more enjoyable, as someone who never done it before. You actually will have a great time not just a treatment but also a good laugh! Absolutely 100% recommend!

I'm so happy I discovered Body Catalyst! After having my two kids my body has not been the same, and I don't just mean esthetically. I've struggled with pelvic floor issues since having my first, and I got diastasis recti from my second. I've been getting the Tesla treatments for my abs to close the gap in my abs and the Tesla chair to strengthen my PF and the difference is incredible!! I have done core and PF exercises daily since having my kids because my issues we're so bad. I couldn't run or jump, and sometimes just walking was a problem, it was very depressing as I used to be a very active person. These treatments have given me my old life back, I can race with the kids, I can exercise, I am getting my confidence back. I feel so grateful, after nearly ten years of suffering with these conditions, which I thought I had to just put up with. I realized that the exercises I was doing at home could only take me so far, now after these treatments, my muscles have become so strong in such a short time, I really needed them to get them back to normal to how they should be, to function properly.I'm pleased to say the gap is closed, plus my abs are way stronger than before I had kids. My PF is so strong, I can hold a kegel for ages lol!All the staff are just lovely at BC, so warm and friendly and genuine.
