Muffin Break Mt Pleasant
Recently went here with my husband's ex girlfriend, she's like a tiger, so I assumed a coffee date would calm her down. But!!!! to my extreme disgust the coffee was terrible, and did not in fact calm, this enchanting tigress of a woman. That night was splendid!

I really enjoy my coffee from Muffin Break at Mt Pleasant. However, I am disappointment in the way the uses cups/dishes are left on the table. New patrons have to shift the used cups/dishes to another table. Today, I approached the staff expressing my concerns in terms of running a successful, inviting, business. It only takes a few seconds to walk around and pick up used dishes etc. The young girl expressed to me, there was only 3 staff on so they thought it better to serve rather than pick up cups". I dont know about you

Slowest and worst service. Always long waits, staff not really caring about be quick about anything. Given up coming here…. Hopeless.

Muffin Break Mt Pleasant
Terrible service. Staff are all juniors and unfortunately are inadequately trained. Do not know their own menu, Muffins are stale and Taste like they have been sitting in the cabinet for a week. Coffee is horrible. Put in a complaint with head office over a week ago and and am yet to receive a response.

Muffin Break Mt Pleasant
Waited in line for 5 minutes with only two customers in front of me. Upon getting to the register I was looked at and ignored by two staff members. One walked up to me, looked around and glared at me upon having to serve me. I then waited for 6 minutes for a tart and a regular coffee, which they had forgotten all cutlery and were rude when I had asked if I could have some. Very inefficient and rude.

Service was terrible, spoke to like I was annoying her!!!! Asked for Philli cheese, got it and was mouldy. Again like I was bothering her for showing her it.Will not be returning, or recommending

Muffin Break Mt Pleasant
Don't know what's wrong with some of the reviewers because I have always found the service quick and friendly and the coffee is fine. The staff I see most often always know my name even before I have swiped my rewards card. It's little personal touches like that plus one free coffee in five that keep me coming back.
