Signature Pies

We stopped in an bought some pies and a roast beef roll. They were some of the best pies and rolls we’ve had in a long time.

Highly recommended. Wonderful people - Sue and her husband, and staff. Tasty pies, salads and cakes, and warm, friendly service.

Excellent friendly service, Crystal or Krystal sorry bout spelling, was service with a smile. Haven't had a pie for years because they always dissapoint. But wow, took a few flavours home for the family, bakery was all but empty. The pies were absolutely amazing ,took me back to my youth. Yum. Di I think was owner I met, she took great pride in her staff, so lovely to see.yes I will try the passionfruit tart next time lol, if you have it. Got told they open 3am. No wonder at 11am the shop was almost bare. I will be there with my slippers on next time,to sample their other goodies.* Oh yes sorry to everyone who followed us in, especially the police ,I didn't leave much choice*. Thanks guys,we had a laugh and it made light of a very hard day we were having and took our mind off our troubles. Only wish I didn't have prawn allergy I'd love to try the prawn coconut one. We will be back

Never been here before, was looking for a quick lunch. Customer service was great, very welcoming and friendly.I tried the Lamb and Rosemary pie. Very disappointed. I love a good pie, this however was the exact opposite. Had potato and carrot in the mixture which was misleading. No chucks of meat, it was almost like a pureed gelatinous mix of blandness. Slight lamb taste but it was overpowered by a funny taste that I can't put my finger on. Perhaps I should have ordered a standard pie. Very disappointed and am hesitant to try this place again. 1 star for the horrible pie, which I couldn't even get halfway through.Once again though, very friendly service, for that I have added a star.

Warning: Don't stand between myself and the last Steak & Kidney at Signature Pies!..... Seriously good stuff; I hate to say it but this Mareeba offering leaves my previous favourite (Piefection, Gordonvale) at the starting gate.One word of warning - the kerbs in Mareeba CBD are really high, like 30cm+, so unless you're driving an expedition-rigged 4WD you'll need to be careful nosing into the angle-parking bays out in front.

We discovered Signature Pies online and made the trip to Mareeba just to get one of their pies. We were not disappointed. Pie with peas on demand, one of the best in the country hands down (and yes we have tried pies right across the country). The other was the Roast Beef which was equally as good. Pastry golden, crisp and cooked through. Filling full of meat, the pies were actually heavy from the amount of filling. We will be back in a few weeks. Thank you.

The lamb and rosemary pie I had was not nice at all and the steak and mushroom pie was very ordinary. Sorry but I expected much better.

Dropped in as the drive through bakery was closed and man on man this was a great choice. The pies, pastries, and lamingtons were all amazing. The coffee was on point as well. All and all a great discovery!
