Food was ok. Service was prompt for a busy day. The grilled fish was very dry and it would have been nice to have a piece of lemon accompanying it. The tartare sauce tasted like it had sweet chilli through it, which i personally wasn't a fan of.

I don't know what is up with all the negative feedback, but my personal experience is wow! The fish is fresh, as in caught today & served today! The batter is soft, and not too crispy. Fish is filleted to perfection, NO blood through the flesh that leaves it with horrible brown streaks & horrible ammonia taste, Yours are perfect white flesh fillets guys!!Your chips had some bad ratings, so I decided to order minimal chips.And again they were fantastic chips! They were soft inside which means cooked spot on, and not too crispy outside, I love the golden colour too, chips were perfect guys! Yep I thought $10 was pricey for a piece of flake, but the end result was worth it.For my fish & chips order today, AAA+++ and they were done in 15mins, like they said over the phone. Service also spot on! I seen you guys working super hard in that shop, so I take my hat off to you all. Keep up the great food & service!Do I recommend your fish n chipsHELL YES!When it comes to good food, I will always leave good feedback, and vice versa with bad food & service.

Food came out within the estimated 10 minute time. Chips and flake were fresh, large and very tasty. The dim sim and calamari were a little chewy. Potato cake was very crunchy and a fair size, plus the unspoken extra one on a family order. Worth your time and money for a quick family feed!

Best fish and chips (Blue Grenadiere) I've had in ages. Nothing remarkable about the premises but they're clean and there are a few tables and chairs for al fresco dining. No cutlery but part of the enjoyment of of fish and chips is the hands on experience, so's to speak. No toilets but to be expected as this is mainly a take away venues.

Amazing fish and chips. Made food for 10 people so quickly and everything was great. The flakes were fresh and perfectly crispy. Great potato cakes, dim sims and calamari. Would have loved more chicken salt but other than that everything was perfect. Highly recommend

Food tastes good, although service took a very long time. It's a takeaway fish and chips shop that took 30 minutes to serve during dinner on a Saturday weekend, so you better not be rushing anywhere when getting food from here.The stand-out I would say is the flake, the fish tastes amazing and just as you would expect from a top quality fish & chips place.The chips are alright, I personally prefer the crispier chips that are cooked a bit longer but given they were under huge pressure to speed up its understandable.The other bits included in the pack for 2 are decent. The scallops are not bouncy as many other shops would have it. The crab sticks are great but the calamari is slightly chewy. Paid 42 dollars for the pack, which is on the expensive side. Prawns are juicy and delicious.Overall I think this place really needs to step up on the speed without lowering their quality. As for you, get the flake.

Possibly the best fish I’ve had so far from my many attempts at finding decent fish and chips. I got the snapper and the fish was perfectly cooked. Not overly oily. The batter was crisp and not too thick. The fish juicy and tasty. I also ordered some fresh local scallops and they were super tasty and juicy as well. For me, the chips were just ok. They were cooked really well, I’m just not a fan of the mass produced yellow fake looking chips. But overall a great fish n chip shop.

Excellent flake (we got grilled and fried), the chips were delicious, they lose a point for the calamari ring which was chewy/stringy. Pretty good price for a holiday destination, only about $5 more than I’d usually spend in the suburbs. They said it would take ten mins and it did!

One of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had! Not too oily or mainly batter, the fish portion was huge for a cheap price, and the chips and gravy were perfect. Outdoor seating is really nice and wholesome vibes. Service did take a little bit long but hardly noticeable
