When you first walk into Omega's showroom, it is hard to distinguish one timepiece from another. The sheer number and variety of watches all seemlessly crafted for your wrist make this place feel like an adventure in itself!I found my perfect watch when I met Joe - who has an impressive knowledge of watches and listened to what I want. He showed me the 'No Time To Die' James Bond watch and I knew I needed to buy it straight away. Now, nearly 7 months later and I still absolutely love this watch and have added additional Omega pieces to my collection, including the Speedmaster. Will definitely be adding more in the near future - I am thinking an Aqua Terra.Thank you again for helping me Joe.

I have been an Omega Speedmaster fan because of the history with NASA and the multiple trips to space. So when I decided to pick it up on a whim, I was glad to meet the amazing staff member Sid!He helped add to my knowledge around the watch and the mythology while helping through my very first luxury goods experience. As a token from Omega, he was able to gift me a complimentary NATO strap! I honestly was so much in love with his service that I picked up a green belt alongside on another trip. Highly recommend visiting this boutique and asking for Sid for his passion and insight into the products that Omega sells. I can't recommend it enough for an enthusiast!

I'm a big fan of the Speedmaster. The Collins St team is very knowledgeable yet friendly and they have a wide range of models available. If you haven't been to this store I highly suggest you to go make a visit.

WOW what can I say!Had the pleasure of visiting the Omega Boutique on Collins street this week and what a breath of fresh air it was!Purchased a Speedmaster from Sid, the professionalism and product knowledge from Sid and the whole team was nothing short of amazing from start to finish.We were greeted politely by the staff and were offered a cold beverage within minutes of being there. I showed interest in a few different models and Sid took us upstairs to the upper level where it was very relaxing and we could sit down and take our time trying on the watches to decide on which one we wanted!Will definitely be referring family and friends to this boutique as I quite enjoyed the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of the boutique and staff working there.5 Stars!

Being in sales myself I must say the customer service at Omega is something else. It’s not every day you pick up the new watch but Joe made it something to remember.Joe presented himself in a professional and approachable manner. Didn’t rush the pick up process by any means. Took his time and ensured everything was exactly how I wanted it.Overall it was a prefect and seamless process due to Joe’s customer service.
