We found Future Electric Services by chance on the yellowpages.com.au whilst looking for a local electrician in our area. The process from the initial telephone call, to coming out to quote the job, to installing our outdoor electric heaters all happened in just a week. The service Morris and his team provided excelled all our expectations! They were punctual, professional, fast and very reasonably priced. There were no hidden costs and Morris’s quote was spot on.We had another two quotes from 2 other electricians and they said it was a tricky job and conduit would have to run over our walls and over the balcony which would have looked very ugly. We are extremely happy that we chose Future Electric Services as they made sure our outdoor electric heaters looked as attractive on the outside as well as on the inside. There is NO conduit, cables or wires in sight!! We are so pleased with the result! We are great believers in supporting local businesses who are professional, friendly, honest, proactive with great customer service. I had excellent service from Moris and Kafir who sorted out several electrical issues with my studio and then did an outstanding job in installing my new 55 inch TV in a very difficult location over my stairs (see pix). I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and I will certainly use their services in the future.

Future Electric Services are without doubt the most professional electricians with integrity that Australia has to offer. We recently experienced severe electric issues with power tripping and switchboard problems. After being disappointed with several electricians in the past, we thought it best to check honest reviews left by many and Future Electric Services kept coming up trumps. Moris immediately answered the phone (no waiting or call you back later tricks) and listened inventively to the issues we were undergoing. A time was scheduled and Moris attended promptly. Moris immediately identified the root of the problem and gave a reasonable quote which other companies would have doubled. Before leaving the premises Moris ensured we were safe and had the electricity functioning until the services to correct the issue were to take place the following day. To this point we were impressed only to have our expectations pleasantly surpassed when Paul arrived to rectify our electrical problems. Wow... words cannot express Paul's knowledge, ethics and experience. Paul's proficiency with all aspects of electrical is jaw dropping. Paul has excellent interpersonal skills and was able to interface with clients from all walks of life. Non judgmental, extremely caring and very clean. (both Moris and Paul wore masks during this current lock down period. Please look no further, this company FUTURE ELECTRIC SERVICES is the REAL DEAL and will look after you. Last week, I was stressed out as the electricity went out and the power box was really hot. I text and called several electricians and then I spoke with Morris. I asked him the price which was very reasonable and then he asked me to take a photo of the box. He sent Paul who arrived at 8am with the power box. Paul is a caring, professional and was extremely considerate and efficient. Paul is adorable and he reminded me of my Pop. My Pop was so kind and caring and loved helping to resolve people's problems. Morris and Paul are both caring and I highly recommend them both.
