I was referred to Rob by a mate and called him to make a time to call around. He was able to do it that day & provided some great suggestions as to how best solve the issues we had. He keep me very well informed whilst awaiting parts delivered from the East Coast (train derailment et all) and then was able to schedule installation straight away. He also adjusted some doors that now operate like they are brand new. Excellent overall service & a great guy to deal with.

Rob was quick and professional and provided some valuable advice. He even fixed up a latching issue a couple of my doors had that he noticed. Also gave me some advice on how I could save a bit of money.A very helpful and honest guy who did a top notch job at what I believe are very competitive prices. Rob provided an efficient, friendly and outstanding service at his initial visit. Then he returned when I called him for advice as I had key issues after work completed by the security screen installer. He arrived to help and rectified issues left by the installer.I was not charged for this excellent, extra work.
