Admin staff at entry (Kelly) I believe was extremely rude to my wife last Wednesday when she asked for assistance with the computer log in. So much so that she did not want to go back up there. I went with my wife the next time and was greeted with the same , as I left she slammed the door on my wife. I believe this is discrimination against my wife for not being computer literate. Please advise senior management ement

I am a volunteer there, and treat the residents the way I would like to be treated myself if I am ever a resident. I would say about 98% of the staff go beyond their job requirements in caring.
