The staff at Pizza Hut Plainland is very friendly and attentive. They provide excellent service, making me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Their genuine warmth adds to the overall enjoyment of the meal. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Had a problem with an order. Cheryl the manager resolved. Note, I am not one to complain about a pizza order, it’s not 5 star dining, and generally they get it right. Overall I’m satisfied with standards and taste here, plus this was a long weekend. Cheryl you are a superstar , thumbs up

Won't deliver three kilometres from store, refused to give a validated reason, offer delivery then told me there was no drivers. Rude and dishonest.

Absolutely worst Pizza Hut ever!!Order $60 worth over pizza even tho it’s in a deal… they rip you off either way it always comes up to be over $50… anyway I live about 2 min from the store this lady rings up in the most rudest voice and says we can’t do delivery ( even tho I paid for delivery ) and says it’s nearly closing time and our two drivers are out and can’t deliver 2 min up the road… isn’t that your job to be organised and deliver to people who order? ( it was only 7:30 not even near 8:00 yet… pretty disappointed I’m still waiting on my $60 refund that they promised they would pay me back not impressed and won’t be purchasing again..

Partner went to get a pizza. Older woman working there was very rude to her as we picked up before closing and spoke to other staff rudely. All they had to do was say no, too late to order and we would have gone elsewhere.

Would not recommend at all wait 1 hour and 50 minutes for this and then have to drive it back to the store for proof to get a refund not happy

Havent had Pizza Hut for ages, as we live closer to the competition. The dots joint was closed so we tried Plainland Pizza Hut last night. Wow! Tons of cheese and toppings, worth the drive 20mins each way! Great job guys! P. S: it seems a bit hit n miss"

The store does not deliver to the whole of Laidley claiming a distance cut off point yet I have quiet often seen thier vehicles doing deliveries further than what is claimed. A friend of mine spends alot of $$ with you guy's on a weekly basis and only lives less than 500mtrs past the last pub yet you want deliver to her place so instead she has to stick her young child in the car and drive to your store for pick up. Shameful service. Only gave stars due to the quality of the actual food and not the service sorry.

At 6:50pm today the 1/10/22. An older lady named Lyn was the most disrespectful person not only towards me but to her co-worker that was trying to help me. Lyn was so rude and horrible to the girl that was trying to help me and my friend and made her cry even tho the girl was super nice and respectful and Lyn continued to horrible and aggressive. We asked if the girl was okay and Lyn didn't care at all if she was okay. I hope Lyn isn't the supervisor cause she deserves to be fired. I am so fired up that I didn't give Lyn a mouth full and hope someone deals with her cause that's not on and the business lost 6 customers after seeing that and will loss more.....

Had pizzas from Plainland Pizza Hut 3 times now & they have been fantastic. Service is lovely too each time.
