Brow Theory HAWTHORN

Used to come here for years and booked after returning to the city. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. They lady didn’t consult me on my shape and immediately began, leaving me to assume she was using previous notes about my brow shape. Unfortunately that was not the case and my final result was brows only a few mms thick and a different/flatter shape (they were quite thick beforehand). Honestly I’m shocked that the tech would remove so much of my eyebrows without checking that was what I was seeking. Will never be returning or recommending.

Amazing tint and lift! My lashes doubled in length and look great with the tint! Great service and overall very enjoyable and relaxing experience!

Loved my visit to Brow Theory last week. The receptionist Lucy, greeted me with a gorgeous smile and Neha did an amazing lash lift and tint as well as eyebrow tidy. I will definitely be back! Thank you girls x

Ok so … I usually head to QVC for my amazing brow clean up however, as my fav person is no longer there (such a heartbreak as it took me years to find someone!), I thought why not give this brow boutique a shot as they do threading (most places still do waxing yikes!!!). Amen! I’m seriously so so happy - they booked me in with this lovely woman, Pam, who asked me immediately, ‘what are you looking for exactly?’ I explained what I wanted and NOT wanted and she seriously got it! In less than 15 mins, my brows looked like they should have their own beauty spread mentioned in VOGUE and … I even had my upper lip cleaned up, all in the 15 mins! No ouch, no redness, no pain just beautiful smooth Aloe Vera cooling skin! Thank you Pam see you soon.

Brow Theory Hawthorn never fails me!!! I got a lash lift and tint and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. They also have the most lovely staff. 10/10 experience, definitely coming back :)

Very disappointed in the result for $35, they are not well shaped, also patchy with lots of stray hairs I’ll need to tidy when I get home. My skin was pinch with the tweezers a few times during the process and it just wasn’t a great experience over all unfortunately.

Not normally one to leave a poor review. But I’m so devastated with my results.I have been on a brow journey for years growing them to be a bit thicker as I have very fine hair.I said just a tidy of the shape in my consolt and have been left with SUPER thin, no shape brows.I was shocked at first and said thanks paid and left. Not worth it $60 to have to re start years of work.
