Had the pleasure of having Joel as my first contact in the store, He worked extensively through all styles of curtains and found the right ones for my style. After the quoting stage (which was such an ease) Shalee came out and did the measure up + colour selection which made it very easy for me to understand the process... being my first home. After all said and done John & Jake came out and installed them, John's experience in the field put my mind at ease as he definitely knew what he was doing. Love the end result and everywhere in between. Would recommend.

From start to finish the staff at were very informative and helpful throughout the quoting process. The installer was very thorough and careful when fitting my products. Everything is good quality and looks amazing, I will be recommending them to all my friends and family!!!

Really disappointed with these guys. Pakenham was great when we used them. Warragul was a nightmare. Products arrived late and if three lots, not always their fault but yes shutters are all Chinese made.Had to dispute what they called front and bad of window inside and outside due to confusion of which side we wanted internal drapes on etc.Installer left dirty hand prints on ALL of our walls around install areas, didn't apologize or clean them just shrugged it off. Left a boot print on one curtain.. so after numerous trips and items been taken up and down for cleaning and repair due to installation we ended up with a good peicut, months later.after all that though, no compensation for days off work and wouldn't even offer anything in return like we asked for one curtain to have a wrap around but was too much for them. So over ten thousand dollars spent here for bad bad service.

Service and communication excellent. Very happy with the price and quality of my curtains and the efficient and courteous installation. Highly recommended.
