I have been a Kiss My Grass customer for many years and have always appreciated their assistance and attention to detail when mowing my lawns. The Kiss My Grass crew also look after the trimming and hedging in the garden beds. This is carried out to an extremely high standard and the guys remove all the cuttings, branches, etc, leaving the garden neat and tidy. ** AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT A HACK JOB! **'Kiss My Grass' were engaged indirectly through my real-estate agent to tidy our cottage garden including pruning of roses, plum and lemon trees, trimming of hedges, mowing lawns and removing waste.As evidenced in the attached photos, the roses were simply lopped with what i can only assume was a hedge trimmer, not even bothering to remove the debris. The fruit trees were lopped within an inch of life and surrounding garden trampled. Waste that was removed, was carelessly scraped over the front of the house and dragged through the powder coated fence/gate damaging the paint on both. Hedge trimming was acceptable, though clearly only trimmed what they could reach from ground level.Had to engage a second gardener and handyman to come and finish the job/repair the damage at additional cost. Approached Kiss My Grass for compensation but they denied and stopped responding to the real-estate agent. Its all in the name I guess....

Ben at Kiss My Grass responded immediately to my query, quoted and once asked his team completed the job in a timely and professional matter. They left the site of the tree removal in a very clean state. Highly recommend.
