I have just got off the phone to Haigh Aust. to inform them of a manufacturing error with one of their products. Not seeking any compensation but to just let them be aware of potential injury to others who may buy it and have a similar result. To be honest, I don't think the person I spoke to gave a dam. Felt like I wasted my time trying to be a helpful informer to them. The product by the way was a carry bag that the Explorer caravan levelling ramps come in. (product code cvlb) The mesh handle gave way instantly on both sewn attachments when lifted. I had just received it in the mail brand new. So glad it did not fall on someone's feet.
