We have just had our timber floors sanded and refinished after many years. We are very happy with the job, which has not only revived the timber floors but has made them once again a feature. Kurt was very easy to deal with, always reliable and on time - and of course the quality of work was wonderful. We would highly recommend this business.

Fantastic! Our floors look amazing thanks to Kurt at Modern Floor Sanding & Polishing. Kurt was super friendly, very easy to have in the house, punctual and really accommodating. Nothing was an issue for him.Our kitchen tradies accidentally marked our newly polished floors and Kurt came back on a Saturday to fix the mark so we could get back into our house sooner.I highly recommend Modern Floor Sanding & Polishing, Kurt did a perfect job, he was all round amazing and our floors look beautiful!

Kurt did a great job sanding and refinishing our floorboards. Because Modern Floor Sanding are so in-demand you need to book ahead but the wait is worth it. Friendly, started on the day they said they would and even finished faster than expected. Highly recommended.
