Palm Cove Retreat Day Spa

Decided to book a spa treatment as it was raining heavily and I didn't have anything else planned. Looked on trip advisor and decided to go with Palm Cove Retreat Day Spa as they had great reviews. They were very accommodating and moved a few appointments to fit me in. I decided on a two hour package 'Ritual' $200 for a whole body massage and facial (total of 2hrs). I thought this was a really good price. Very relaxing from start to end just what I needed. They also use a lovely organic and natural skin care brand Koui that leaves your skin glowing and soft. The Spa is part of Mantra and is located around the back of the building (to the right of the reception desk) off the main road. Treat yourself it's worth it!

Wonderful experience at this spa, I would come back again next time I am in the area! Worth visiting.

Whilst holidaying in Palm Cove (August 2020) I had three massages - all with Lorraine. Massages were all amazing, pressure was perfect. I had a bad shoulder and the massages relieved this problem. I also bought the ikou muscle relaxer eucalyptus and kunzea bath crystals which are amazing. Would highly recommend. I’m sure all the staff are great but my massages with Lorraine were great. Nice atmosphere as well.

The best facial I've ever had! The whole experience was a luxurious treat. My wonderful technician, Katherine personalised my facial to include the results I was hoping for and included a scalp, neck and shoulder and hand and arm massage. The treatment left me feeling nourished, relaxed and spoilt. 100% recommend this day spa for anyone in Palm Cove.

I had a nice experience at Palm Cove retreat. Booked in for a relaxation massage but was more of a remedial massage, the movements were way too fast to be relaxing! I also felt that too much oil was used. The spa is a bit dated but facilities are fine. Overall I left feeling refreshed, it just wasn’t the greatest massage and spa experience I’ve had!
