I would highly recommend Julia and the team! They were incredible with transporting our little dachshund Charlie. They communicated with both myself and the breeder every step of the way and the made the experience so much less stressful than what it has to be. Our puppy arrived to us very very happy and this is because of the incredible work the team does to make the puppies feel comfortable. Our puppy was frightened to be in a large crate so Julia moved him into a smaller travel crate to make him more comfortable. This just shows how the team go above and beyond! I know other puppies that were transported with other companies that were not looked after as well as Julia and the team do here. The price was also very affordable and realistic unlike some company’s taking advantage and wanting to charge an arm and a leg. Thank you so so much Julia and Team! We couldn’t be more happier.

My dog transported from Canada - Melbourne - Perth in Feb 2022. During likely the most difficult time both for human and pet transport ever, Joanne, Julia and Gary at Gisborne were truly godsends! Gisborne picked up my dog from quarantine in Melbourne in Feb and housed him for 8 days until he flew to Perth. There were absoluely 0 flights to Perth for many weeks when I first needed to organize his release to Perth due to the border closure. Joanne and Julia put him on the earliest flight they could which was 3 weeks later. There was a cancellation and they got him on a earlier flight within 1 week. With the border issues, dogs were getting moved off flights very last minute. Julia was incredible and re-booked my dog 3x so quickly, and was so loving to him during such a tumultuous time for the animal. I was still in Canada and she send constant updates, and called my contact in Perth directly to help organize everything for the dog. She went to and from the airport at all hours of the day and night for him and clearly has good relationships with Virgin as she was able to turn him around on flights so much faster then any other agents I spoke with or heard about. My dog is pretty nervous with strangers and seeing the videos of him in the grass at the kennels, being given so much love made me feel much more relaxed during an incredibly stressful few weeks. I cannot ever thank Julia, Gary, Joanne and team more for getting my fur baby to Perth. This is what you get when you work with a smaller company, rather then a large national one that would never have gone above and beyond for your dogs!

I can't fault this service. Transported 2 puppies from Coffs Harbour to Melbourne. Fast quotation, reasonable price, strong communication, and regular updates throughout the journey. Reassuring transparency, with photos of the transport vehicle on the company's website and photos of animals provided en route.
