Horrible child care centre. Unhygienic. Trip and play hazards, no consistency with staff/high staff turn over. Awful with children with additional needs.Staff are cruel to children yelling at them to shut up." I have witnessed staff grab children and force them to lie down on the floor for nap time as there are only a few cots (that look like the dog beds from Kmart)You can talk about issues with the staff until you're blue in the face

Centre looks nice and new. But So disappointed with this Centre, my baby has no problem at home. I think their hygiene not as good as I think as I did touch their toys and felt so dirty and sticky. And also, need to ask so many times to get the answer, so far I left the message, and still haven’t got the answer yet.

Guardian at Richlands is amazing. The staff are friendly and caring. My son enjoys going for the day and playing with the educators and other children. Seeing him happy at the end of the day is what makes me know he's in good hands when I leave him.

Our family loves this centre. It's so beautiful and new and the educators are all so lovely. Our little boy has become so confident and thrived while being at the centre. I feel happy knowing that he is looked after so well while my husband and I are at work.

Guardian Richlands is best for the early learning journey of children. The staff is very welcoming , helpful, experienced and professional. The centre got a big rooms and yard for children to play. The centre got the best open plans for children's learning. Children enjoy and learn so much each day with the activities and resources.Educators help child to achieve their milestones. The best centre for children's development and care.

The service provided by my Childs Educators in Nursery One, especially Belle and Sharon has been extraordinary and truly admire their jobs on taking care of my son. He has learnt a lot from the centre and we are honestly impressed.

We love the educators at Guardian Richlands. There's always something new our son would do or say everyday. Thank you for looking after our son and keeping him happy and entertained. Teaching him new words..manners.. at home when packing up he'll sing the clean up song.During the holidays he requested to see his friends and educators.Of course not everything is perfect but hey.. so is parenting. We know they're doing their best to look after our little ones.

I was very disappointed with this childcare centre, therefore we only lasted 3 months here. Very unclean and quiet unsafe, as there any many trip hazards. Educators seem very under qualified, and supervision is extremely lacking. Communication is poor. They use Story Park, but there is never any stories, I think only about 2 in the whole 3 months my grandchild was there. Glad to be out, I don't recommend unless changes are made.
