Totally recommend OWNA, not only for their amazing app that has been a total game changer for my family daycare service, but also the excellent customer service and technical support. Constant tutorials and webinars, and always just a message away when I need help. Knowing in an unannounced visit, I have everything I need at my fingertips reduced my stress and my paperwork.

We use OWNA at our centre, Trinity Early Learning Centre, and it is one of the most fantastic apps I have ever used in my career as an educator and leader. It is versatile, the support team is always quick to reply and fix anything (like any app, there are always bugs!), and they have a great team which take on your feedback and change the app and features to fit your centre's needs. Being an educator means that you often find yourself prioritising your time carefully however OWNA gives the time back to you ten-fold. On another note, it nourishes the relationships we have with our families and staff - not to mention the capabilities for keeping track of compliance. Hands down, one of the most used and valuable apps!

We started using the OWNA app almost 2 years ago and we haven't looked back! It has completely changed the way we work. Communicating with parents, scheduling, billing and programming has all been made easier. It's very easy to navigate and has allowed us to manage everything in the one place. Our families absolutely love the app and are always giving us great feedback. I Highly recommend This software company.. Having 3 large childcare services we had tried several other companies in the past none of them compare to the service that OWNA provide. The team at OWNA have supported us not only through the initial start up of our services but in an ongoing, capacity where they ensure all our needs are met. Fantastic product. User friendly, app and browser both easy to use. All you need in the app, policies, excursion notes, risk assessments, drills etc. Easy for families to use and share info also! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Platform with many benefits to your businessIf you work in childcare, this is the software you need. Website offering and APP are exceptional.The website is easy to navigate, clearly thought out and pleasant to use. You can easily export detail as required and most pages are linked to one another by easy quick links so you don't always have to revert to the main menu.The support staff are always friendly and provide fast support by phone or return email with a real willingness to help.I have used (as a parent) many other apps and they do not even come close to Owna. As a business user of this app, this business and their offering is superior to others we have tried and if you are considering changing to a new Daycare Software app, this is it.It is a complete, all round software solution which benefits, families as well as Business.Cannot recommend it highly enough

After looking at many different software providers we settle with OWNA after meeting the developers at a conference a couple of years ago. The educators all find the app really easy to navigate and it can be personalised to each service. I was really happy when OWNA started providing CCS and banking so that we now only need to use to one software for everything.It is really easy to get in touch with tech support when needed and they love suggestions on how to make the app better.
