I call Officeworks for work everyday and find the staff especially George at Print and Copy to be very understanding and assisting. Thank you. Best Officeworks experience in Australia.

Huge store that's generally well stocked (except the paintbrushes but that seems to be an issue at every Officeworks). I use their self-serve print service regularly and have had no problems with it, but the quality of the print is only adequate. Staff are friendly and helpful but often it takes a while to be served as they seem a bit understaffed.

This store is a disaster. I needed copying done for work, quite a bit but halfway through the job they said I had to use the self-service machines as they only had one copy machine working and they couldn’t accommodate my printing. Which is fine. But the self-service machines are a punish. They don’t accept card payment so a copy card needs to be purchased but only $150 can be added at a time. The staff don’t help with tallying up the amount needed for self-copying, they just didn’t know. The machines have a USB-C port but they can’t read USB-C drives only USB-A drives. They don’t staple and are super slow and colour printing is beyond average. One guy there, Cam was completely useless, didn’t know the difference in drives, told me I was too short to properly see the barcode scan on the machine and just an all round unhelpful person. Train your staff Officeworks and moving into the 21st century, your technology is sub-par.

I came to the customer service desk today to make a print at around 4:30pm and there was a girl working there. No one was in the queue and she kept ignoring deliberately to come and do the print even though I asked her , finally when her colleague came to the desk and an Australian woman came to the queue, her colleague came to me and did print for me and she went to the Australian woman in the queue, so this reaction showed how much pain some people are carrying

Nobody is allowed to complain about these guys they went inside up upside down and all over to help get something done and were so darn helpful. Sometimes life throws a cuveball but I LOVE how much they went above and beyond this time, it really shows a lot about their care and concern so before anyone complains think about and I did know how complex and annoying it can be as a customer but what they are dealing with - next time Ill put proper expectations on my source to get printing time line extended into a realistic manageable time frame but WOWO above and beyond thank you

I recently attempted to print photos at a officework using their kiosk and it was a disaster. The kiosk was slow and unresponsive, and it took several attempts to even select the photos I wanted to print. When I finally got to the payment screen, the kiosk froze and wouldn't process my payment. I had to leave the store without getting my photos printed and it was a huge inconvenience. I do not recommend this store due to the unreliable technology and poor customer service.

Poor customer service at the South Melbourne store. Service is a lot better at the city store or JB.

Disgusting service. It took us 45 minutes to get our printing done and it that time not one single staff member offered us help. My partner needed to go to the bathroom because we’d been there for so long without any offer of help. She had her period and the toilet was closed for maintenance. She asked if she could use a different toilet and the male worker (a female would understand blood) told her the only toilets were for staff and she couldn’t use them. She’d already started bleeding through her tampon and you people are disgusting.

Ordered 2 anti fatigue mats for click & collect but one looks like it was a used one as it was out of the box and dusty. Asked to swap it but was advised that they don't have stock.Was told I am able to exchange after lock down but what use is that as I need to use it now. Expect brand new condition for the price charged.
