Went to YWAX for the first time as my usual beauty therapist from other business has gone for overseas visit ☹️. As I’m obsessed about Google reviews before trying a new business, thought I’ll try YWAX. Had a fantastic experience since the time I called to book my appointment (was answered by lovely lady named Hayley) till the time I was checked out by a lovely lady (forgot to catch her name). Thank you team YWAX and specially an employee who gave me service - Amanda. You are so kind, friendly and professional ♥️ I do hope to see you again and wish you and entire YWAX team all the best for future endeavours! ♥️♥️♥️

I was previously attending a different beauty parlour in Westfield Parramatta but was turned off by their poor hygiene standards and lack of skilled staff. Had a completely different experience at YWAX - the therapists here are professional, well-trained, and above all, adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness. Love it!

Shae did an amazing job with my brows! I got my brows waxed on Tuesday and loved them so much I came back today for a tint. She’s such a lovely person and really has attention to detail with perfecting your brows to look their best in the most natural way. Thank you Shae!

I had my lashes lifted for the first time ever and I was extremely nervous. Shae performed my lash lift and tint and I got to say wow she’s absolutely amazing stayed with me all the time entertained me while I had my eyes closed all the time so I didn’t feel awkward. Love you shae and will definitely be back for more treatments performed by you ❤️

I've been going to Y Wax for well over 10 years and there is nowhere else I'd go. Dan is brilliant and customer service is impeccable. The ladies are wonderful including Maxine who is talented and gentle. A very genuine lady who ensures you are comfortable at all times and educates you about great skin habits to help with maintaining great skin. 10/10 every time.

My absolute favourite waxing place. I've been going for almost 2 years now and every memento of staff is so lovely and experienced. Great atmosphere. Never had even a mildly unpleasant experience here.
