Very bad customer service and the lady with glass is not skilled hairdresser nor any other staff there is and yet they are running a business as hair salon and charging $17 and more.The lady hardly spent 5 Mins on my haircut and did horrible haircut and when I asked her fix it, she got very rude.They simply wants to make easy money with very bad customer service and zero skills. Don’t waste your time and money there.It’s not worth it at all.

Lin did an excellent hair cut of my daughter in layers. It looks amazing.

The only place I go for hair cuts, because I'm treated fairly and I don't feel judged by the staff. Also they've got the best prices around.

I had a great experience here, I got the hair cut I wanted and there was no fuss. The lady who cut my hair was quick and professional and the price is amazing. I will be back there again

I went here last week and had the one of the most UNpleasant experiences I've had with a hairdresser. The wife cut my hair. To start with, she said hello but never smiled (even behind the mask, I could tell) and never looked at my face unless she had to. She didn't understand what I wanted, which was short on the top and sides and long from the behind the ears. I knew there'd be a defining line between the short and long and tried to encourage her that that's what I wanted. She argued with me - and when I say argued, I mean argued"!She argued with me to the point where I was so embarrassed

Can't recommend this place. Price is good but the staff are really rude. The lady with glasses, who cut my hair was scowling as soon as I walked through the door. She barely spoke aside from at the beginning and the end of the visit. Her tone and demeanor were totally off putting. She was pretty rough for a woman. Basically grabbed my hair/head and yanked me around. Lucky I was in for a basic short and sides cause the guy who walked about before me had a very poor attempt at a style cut. Spend your money elsewhere!

New to the area looking for a hairdresser...I drive past their signs every day on the way home from work and wondered how good a 'From $10' haircut would be. I phoned ahead to get a price and wasn't surprised to be quoted $20...still a lot cheaper than other salons. As I expected $10 applied to buzz cuts. I think the highest price I saw on their price list was $22. I went and got the hair cut - very happy with the result. David and his trainee were very friendly and welcoming. A nice calm, quiet salon (no annoying loud music or video clips going). Some conversation in their native language but as it was teacher to student I didn't feel uncomfortable in anyway. Highly recommend David to anyone. Give it a try!

I went into this salon this morning for a concave bob for my daughter.It was apparent straight away this woman wasnt a real hairdesser she hacked away at the ends no layering no concave no sectioning no style cut around the ends like a bowl cut I could have done better!! One side longer then the other I didnt stay for her to butcher her fringe.I ended up at Stephans at kippa Ring.They couldn't believe how bad it was and as is couldnt make it a cancave bob as it was cut to short in front. In the end she has a shot bob and needs a few months growth.I won't recommend kallangur Hair & Massage at all!

I've been to Kallangur hair and Massage a few times and normally get the same guy but i went there on a Saturday morning to get a trim on the back and sides. I explained didnt want much off so she would need to use scissors not clippers. She told me no she would only do it with clippers and then took the cape off of me with her poor attitude. I then drove to North lakes to get it cut how I wanted.It seems if they can't cut your hair in 15mins they're not interested.

My friend and I felt uncomfortable, because they spoke their own language, the whole time! And, it was pretty obvious they were talking about us.Outside, the sign says, Haircuts $10" After we had our haircuts
