ATL Insurance Group

I had one of the worst experiences regarding an accident claim with ATL insurance company. Their client had damaged my vehicle but its been more than 1.5 months now & their claims manager still can't determine the liability. In my experience they are just a bunch of incompetent people running this business. The claims manager is just biased in the case as he always disregards whatever evidence I put infront of him without even looking at it. They would just tell you their side of the story and hang up on you without even listening to your arguments. So, my advice would be to stay away from such an insurance company who doesn't know how to deal with people and are not neutral at all. I would give them a Zero (0) star rating.

I don’t think it’s fair that ATL sat here with only a 1 star review.I have personally dealt with Jonny-Anne in their underwriting team and she has been great. Responsive and quick to get back to me on all queries. I am yet to experience a claim yet but am hoping for good things.
