Awesome service from Danny, Chloe and Kevin. I went in for a Superocean Heritage Ltd Ed but left happy with a Top Time Corvette. No rush and push seller.Beautiful collection too.

My husband brought a Breitling a few years ago and I always loved the look and how reliable they are, had a look in the stunning Chadstone store, wasn't thinking I was going to purchase as couldn't decide between the two but am so happy with the one I chose definitely right for me!Thank you so muchI absolutely love my watch, quite obsessed actually! Raymond was amazing , his service was exceptional! Will definitely call in next time we are in Melbourne

Great work guys.From the moment you walk through the Breitling boutique doors Chadstone you are greeted with experienced and very helpful staff. I recently purchased a Breitling Avenger. Danny looked after me with a knowledgeable history of the brand and a wealth of information on the watches. It was nice to talk to someone with the same enthusiasm for watches as I have without feeling pressured into buying one. The refreshment bar is a great inclusion along with the donuts which we had on our visit, making someone feel this special on their watch purchase is a first for me.The boutique has a great vibe and less formal to other high end watch stores which makes a nice change.Looking forward to my next visit,Cheers Gary.

Wow is all i can say! Popped in to the boutique with my son to quickly check out a piece but ended up chatting with Shelley for almost and hour. I was amazed to see how passionate Shelley was about watches in general and how we could just talk about it all day long! Not once did I feel pushed for a sale or rushed, instead I have now made a good friend who is as passionate about watches as I am. This is what customer service is all about and should be. Thanks for the great chat Shelley and hope to see you guys soon.

I recently popped into the Chadstone Breitling store, just for a bit of a look. I ended up trying on multiple watches and asking a million questions and Kevin and his team, Rose and Danny, were all fantastic!They made the whole experience all so wonderful, that I wound up buying the new Superocean 44mm, in green.It is an absolutely beautiful watch, that I'm so glad I bought, but it was Kevin that really made the whole thing fun and and an absolute pleasure!I've already recommended Kevin and the Chadstone store to several friends and colleagues and I personally will definitely be back!

I recently purchased my Breitling Navitimer from the Chadstone store. I couldn’t have been happier with the customer service shown to me by Danny. He took the time to give me some history of the watch, demonstrated features and went above and beyond during my purchase. Walking into Chadstone Breitling boutique, tbh, I was not expecting the experience I received.Was rather novel and felt like I was invited to a members only event.Not the experience many other watch boutiques adopt.I was not waking in with the intent of buying a watch. Albeit my other half saying I should treat myself for my 50th birthday.Raymond , well, what a scholar and a gentleman.No hard sell, pushy , reading from a script approach.More a friend imparting his knowledge after getting to know me better.All in all, an outstanding customer experience.

The personal service is an ultimate experience. The knowledge and attention of the boutique staff is impeccable. The purchase experience could not be faulted. It was a two year search for that special watch commemorating a special birthday and the Breitling Chronomat got the gong.

I had the pleasure of being looked after by Raymond at the Chadstone Breitling boutique recently. My new Avenger was my 50th birthday present and to say that Raymond looked after my family and I would be an understatement. He was thorough in the explaining of how my new watch worked and then gave me some excellent gifts that i really appreciated. It was all topped off with some casual drinks and a wonderful birthday cake that just made the whole experience something very special. He even thought of remembering it was also my sons birthday and involving him as well, great attention to detail and much appreciated. Thanks Raymond, I hope to be able to buy another watch from you someday and anyone looking for a new Breitling should go and see Raymond.
