Yoga in Daily Life Sunshine Coast
Going here has been a wonderful experience for me. I have participated in Beginners classes and Kinesiology with Yamuna. I have been most touched by the genuine love and caring that flows from the teachers here. I'm learning more about releasing energy blocks and opening chakras through the yoga positions, which I like, because it helps to make sense of what we're doing. I can fully and happily recommend Yoga in Daily Life Sunshine Coast.

Yoga in Daily Life Sunshine Coast
My husband and I have been going to yoga here for many years. I like it because it focuses on the present and one's own body, not on what you are wearing or how long you can stand on your head. As a psychologist who deals with trauma I think the breathing focus and emphasis on going at our own rate and pace are fabulous. Tyag and Yamuna practise what they preach and run extra workshops on eating and living well. Well done. Barb w
