Poppy's Lithgow

I would highly recommend Poppy’s Florist, Lithgow. There arrangements are beautiful with lovely and fresh flowers. There customer service and delivery was the outstanding. Amazing local business.

Do not order from here. The flowers you get will be absolutely nothing like the pictures. Not even remotely.

Ordered and paid for a delivery to my sister for her birthday, no flowers delivered either on the day or day after. Tomorrow is Good Friday so I hope these people are open om Saturday so I can blast them for rippong me off and failing to do what they were paid to do. Not at all impressed.

DREADFUL!!!!!!I obviously hadn’t read the reviews before ordering flowers from here. HUGE mistake.Flowers were not delivered on time. When it did arrive, after my husband rang several times to chase them up, it was just awful.There was no theme or style to it. But rather a mismatched assortment of flowers.I was thinking that I was doing the right thing in ordering from a local vendor - supporting small business in a regional city during Covid. The woman I spoke with was lovely over the phone - but the loveliness didn’t stretch far enough to delivering a quality product on time.Don’t make the same mistake as I did.

Would not recommend this florist, save your money! Preordered Mothers Day flowers ($60 bunch of white Lillie’s) for delivery either Saturday or Sunday. After checking all day Sunday to see if the flowers had been received, I called at the shop at 6pm to be met by rudeness and an excuse as to how busy they were and an issue with the courier. I would have been compassionate about the situation if there was no attitude or maybe even a phone or text message advising of the delay but got met with how the woman hadn’t slept for two days and how many orders they had. Flowers finally arrived and they were in a box with three blue flowers and three lilac flowers??? Not a Lilly anywhere. They were the ugliest boxed flower arrangement I have ever seen!

After reading previous reviews i called Poppy's and asked if i ordered flowers to be delivered today would they actually be delivered today. I explained i had read the reviews and before i ordered and paid for the flowers i needed to know if they would be delivered today. The gentleman that answered the phone then relayed the message to the lady in the background. I heard the lady in the background reply If she doesn't like the reviews

It took 3 business days to receive sympathy flowers for my son and daughter-in-law. The online site said 24 hours delivery. No communication received about why no delivery received initially. I had to call Poppys shop and email the online shop. It added to a very stressful time. I will never order through them again.

Non-delivery of flowers for Mother's Day. Don't answer their phone when you try to find out what happened. Can't get a refund. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Just terrible. I wish I could give zero stars.
