These guys really helped me when I had nowhere else to go to have a T.V delivered to my location. Really saved me time and hassle!

The contact centre person (Tran?) was really helpful, answered all questions regarding to parcel deliveries, arranged the redelivery for me, also provided the the details of where the drivers were up to.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.The delivery driver never rings the bell, just leaves the note and let you collect from their pick up point

Booked in for delivery today and waited only to be told at 2pm not on for delivery today.NOBODY SHOUL EVER USE THIS OATHETIC COMPANY.ARE THEY GOING TO PAY ME FOR THE TIME OFF WORK ?useless company.

Delivery was almost delayed for 2 weeks, with no notifications, no attempted delivery slips, zero updates. Claimed to have left a delivery slip as told by the courier before handover to Road Runners, but have not at all. Do not expect anything from RRs.

They get a star because Di answering the phones was absolutely lovely and kept getting in arguments with the deliverers to get my package sent out to me.The first time they left a note saying they tried to deliver it after 7pm and took it back with them even though it was authorise to leave no signature required. Apparently, they needed 2 people working to drop it off even though the neighbours only saw 1 in the truck on initial delivery. Then I rang for weeks trying to chase it up and finally got it. When I was told it would be a couple of days I asked about an estimated time (to see if someone could be at home) they replied with sometime.Will not buy from the company I made the purchase from as I do not want to deal with this delivery company again

Left a note in the letterbox attempted delivery". What a load of garbage. You should have a form that says "we cant be bothered attemping delivery". Happens all the time. You guys are lazy and useless"

As someone said before, they get 1 star because Di was lovely. 3 calls (over 6 days) after the package was returned to the depot, and I STILL had to drive out there to pick up my new work laptop. Yes, Christmas is busy, but that is not great service, sorry.

“Leave in a secure location out of the weather.” My letterbox probably would have been a more secure location than the dirt road. The package was muddy and completely soaked, water also got into an item that I had purchased.
