The staff were bickering between themselves (obviously don’t get along). Spoke very quiet. Weren’t wearing aprons or name badges and very rude. Slowest service I’ve ever gotten from subway:I used to work at subway for 2yrs and we were constantly timed to make sandwiches within a short timeframe - we ordered 2x footlongs and it took 10mins. Then they didn’t even have enough milk to make any coffee and they mumbled underneath their breath instead of talking loud and clear to us while taking our order - we were left guessing what they said most of the time. Worst service I’ve experienced. Need some capable staff working on Sundays. They need better training

I love it, especially the staff. Love the coffee, & 6inch subs anything: with avocado. The steak 6inch subs. The rye bread. The biscuits, any with choc chips

Considering the kids did most of the work, it was pretty good. I think it was mum and dad running it with them. They definitely need to pick better break times. Like not in the most busiest time. So hats off to the kids, well done.

My mate and I had to walk back out as we were disgusted with the place. The place was filthy and the staff didn’t look very Enthusiastic to be there. The benches were covered in food and they were doing the right thing and putting new gloves on but continuously touching there hair, glasses and face while serving. Doesn’t feel very fresh in there at all.

Subway is relative to your tastes. Food is customised to your tastes.. if you don't like it it isn't their fault. ingredients are fresh as .look in the mirror ànd it ain't Subways fault. Let's face it Karen, it is you .This is an opinion and as such it can't be wrong. Word .

Been here several times with no issue, My partner decided to place an online order for pick up, only to drive down and store was locked so couldn’t collect order. Later called to request a store credit/refund and explain the situation only to have a young girl argue and yell at us telling us “no” it never happened…. Could barely get a word in without being spoken over with the rudeness.. has completely put me off the store

My fiance and I went to Subway Cooroy 4 days ago. The young girl serving us was so softly spoken we could hardly hear her speak. Then my fiance ordered pickles on his sub and got jalepeno peppers. He is allergic to capsicum and chilli and would never have ordered jalepenos. He has since been sick in the stomach with pain ever since he ate his sub, and he is still in pain now. Not happy Jan !

been here twice and was both bad. firstly time the girl working asked the lady infront of me what meat she wanted 5 times and still forgot so i had to tell her. i went yesterday and the girl was chatting to a customer instead of making there sub leaving myself an my partner just waiting there listening to her NSFW convo whilst involved a lot of swearing. finally got served by another worker whilst our sub was made a phone range and all 3 works couldnt find the phone the girl when then making stupid comments about it. then two staff members including the girl started make jokes about people dying
