Installation was quick and easy. They didn't mention anything about needing a pressure valve in the advertisement which is pretty much necessary for all taps connected to water main. Filter cartridges replacement/service costs $150 a year which is a bit pricey for us. We got the 3 stage undersink deal.

Had an undersink water filter installed. I specifically asked about whether a pressure valve was needed, which I understood was not included in advertisement price (first red flag: hidden fee).Salesperson on the phone said the technician will attend the property and see if this is required. When the technician came, he simply installed the valve without asking or checking if the extra fee was ok. When questioned if the valve was needed, he said it was almost always needed and the sales office would have discussed it with us already... yet the office had said the technician should check?In any case, the company had already made their decision beforehand without seeing the property, as the technician brought along a printed invoice with the pressure valve fee already on it, but we didn't see it until the end.If everyone needs" the pressure valve
